Dani Washington, Founder and CEO
Dani is the passionate founder of iFosteriCare, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping families navigating the foster care system. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families, Dani spearheads innovative initiatives, programs, and resources that provide support and guidance. With a heart for making a lasting impact, Dani's visionary leadership drives iFosteriCare's mission to create a better future for those in the foster care community.
Kimberly Davis, Secretary
Kimberly is a dedicated board member who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. With a background in research administration and community services, she has made significant contributions to our mission. Kimberly has worked in research grant administration for several years and previously served as an accountant for public housing and Section 8 grants.
Alongside her professional endeavors, Kimberly is the owner and creative director of Karar Dance Academy, where she teaches tap, ballet, and jazz dance. Her passion for dance extends beyond the studio, as she actively engages in community dance initiatives and shares her love for the art form with others.
Kimberly’s dedication to community engagement, her entrepreneurial spirit, and her passion for the arts make her an invaluable asset to our board. Her diverse background and commitment to making a positive impact in our community align perfectly with our organization’s mission and vision. Brandon Washington, Treasurer
Brandon, a long-standing advocate and supporter of iFosteriCare, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the organization as a valued member of the board of directors. With a solid background in Information Technology, Brandon's technical knowledge and commitment to the mission of iFosteriCare are instrumental in propelling the organization forward. Having dedicated himself to making a positive difference in the foster care community, Brandon possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that nonprofits face.
As a dedicated board member, Brandon actively collaborates with fellow members to provide strategic guidance and ensure the organization fulfills its mission.
Willie Armstead, Board Member
Willie Armstead is a dedicated board member with over ten years of experience working with youth in various capacities. Based in Austin, TX, Willie has served as a Juvenile Probation Officer at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, focusing on at-risk youth. His extensive experience also includes working as a care coordinator, providing wraparound services to families and youth in foster care and residential treatment centers.Currently, Willie holds the position of Program Specialist for the State of Texas Substance Use Prevention Programs, overseeing Youth Prevention Programs across Regions 1, 2, and 3. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morehouse College and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

Ethel Long, Board Member
Ethel is a dynamic board member who brings a strong spirit and a deep passion for community engagement. As the owner of Coco's Kitchen and Coco's Creative Creations, Ethel has demonstrated her passion for culinary arts and creative endeavors.
Ethel is known for her delectable dishes and unique creations. Her dedication to providing quality food and innovative creations reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mignon Smack, Board Member
